  Short betwee 3V3 and GND. after drilling out 7 vias managed to

  • verify power draw over USB was acceptable.
  • verify FTDI enumerated.
  • verify that FPGA could be flashed
  • verify that the Ethernet chip probably has right click D3 was damaged
    in botch repair so still somewhat inconclusive.
  • detected that eeprom was half the size it needed to be.
