Roflin f4e7e2c661 CLAUDE.md: refresh the seed table after the cleanup pass ...

Best seed is 3, not 6, and the flash skill points at build/seed<N>/top.bin --
so a stale seed number sends you to the wrong bitstream.  Also records the
area, which is the thing the cleanup actually moved.
