Add a --host flag that can be set to some host. This will set the {{.Host}} template variable to that value. If it is not set, it will default to the request Host header, prepended by https://.

Fixes #15.

Delete Branch "dsprenkels/host"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
